Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside to help our team identify your order quickly.
Ship the Parcel
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
